Engineered plastics offer an economical alternative to the rising cost of stainless steel and fibreglass in chemical and corrosive environments.  Based on current prices we have witnessed up to 40% capital cost reduction in comparison to stainless steel and 30% against fibreglass for chemical storage tanks.

Today workmanship quality is assured through the introduction of world class standards and equipment.

The genesis of each vessel is in design. In association with its industry partner Dotmar, ISLEX uses RITA software to develop and cost a fit for purpose design based on DVS2205 (German) standards. 

Upon receipt of your order workshop drawings are produced and panels pre-cut on the CNC machining centre for assembly.  Assembly is primarily achieved through our process controlled automatic butt fusion welding machine, which documents the weld procedure and provides a print out for quality assurance purposes.

Upon collection of your order a complete set of quality assurance information will be provided to ensure your confidence in an ISLEX Australia manufactured product.
